General
Information:
We must have a
formal order before
we can do any custom
graphics (This
includes a 50%
deposit required on
custom artwork
orders).
We do not provide
design services. We
can assist in proper
placement of your
artwork on our
template, but we do
not provide original
artwork or graphic
design.
Artwork Procedures:
1. Place formal
order with The Recom
Group via phone or
fax.
2. Provide deposit
(Generally 50% of
order) by check or
credit card.
3. Provide your
formatted artwork.

instructions on
submitting artwork.
Note:
You can submit
your artwork on a
compact disc or
directly upload it
to our ftp site (Click
Here or the
link below for
instructions on how to upload your artwork to our FTP site.

Important:
Please be sure to
include a copy of
your sales order
number and your
contact info.
4. Our graphics
department will
contact you
regarding your
artwork and any
required proof(s).
5. IMPORTANT:
Our production time
is generally two
weeks after
our graphics
department has
confirmed your
approval of our
proof (Depending on
your particular
order, we will
usually provide you
with an email
"Proof"
or actual "Proof" to confirm that we are going to print your
artwork correctly).
If you have a
critical ship date
be sure to
confirm this with our graphics department in writing. We
offer special
production times,
even 24 hour
turnaround may be
available (At an
up-charge). However
if your "Critical
Timeframe" is not
written on the sales-order,
we will not be
responsible for
meeting any time
period.
